Kremlin Optics Statement of Limited Warranty

Kremlin Optics warrants all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase. If the product proves to be defective in material or workmanship suring the warranty period, Kremlin Optics will, at its sole option, repair or replace the poduct with a similar product. Replacement product or parts amy include remanufactured or refurbished parts or components.

Who the warranty protects

The warranty is valid for the original consumer purchaser only.

What the warranty does not cover

Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:

Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.

Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect.

How to get service

For information on obtaining warranty service, please fill out the Contact Us Support Form.

To obtain warranty service, you will be required to provide:

• Your full name
• Your address
• Warranty coupon (that is usually shipped with the product and instruction)
• The detailed description of the problem

A technical support representative will determine if your problem is covered under this warranty agreement. If the problem is covered, you will get the instructions regarding how the product must be returned to Kremlin Optics for replacement or repair.
